Mike said he found out that one of his buddies has colon cancer. Hes not very old, and didnt find out till just now.
It kills me to think that horrible things like this happen all the time. Just when you think you have it bad - realize something / someone is always worse.
I pray this guy and his family can get through this - and perhaps his health will improve. The details are very unclear right now, but Mike said he would keep me posted. So sad, sounds like hes had some horrible luck lately.
Sometimes this world does seem so wrong. Unfair.

News: Mike left on Feb 14th, 2010. I have erased all our plans scheduled and the recent ongoings because clearly they will not happen. There will be no 2nd child for now, and there is no trips planned.
I will try hard to update on Roo and I as we transistion. February: 22nd - Daya starts swim lessons March: 17th Mommy and Daya Looking forward to the st. Patricks day parade . Working on garden, and yard.
