Yesterday Today and Tomorrow

Welcome once again to a re-done reorganized blog... big changes in store.

Origininally a few years ago I started this blog through a hard time, evolved it into a family blog, and now will reclaim this as primarily my blog.

It is truely my Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.

The man I love, and was married to for close to 10 years has again decided to leave us. So with this please deal with me as we transition and find our wings.

Please keep any and all comments nice - as I do not have hard feelings at this time to him - only confusion, frustration and hurt.

Keep reading - this will be great therapy!!

WLS Update : Official 3 month post op visit

Today was really more like 3 months, 1 week and 4 days - but hey, who's counting right?!
I met with the nutritionist today, who by the way is new because MINE LEFT! and then met with Megan ... My NP.

Heres the outcome of todays very long visit :

I am 3m 1w 4d post op.

I have lost a total of 67 official ( day of surgery to now )lbs + the 10 preop for a total of 77LBS!
Officially that means I have lost an amazing 80% of my excess body weight. This is what has them worried. At 3mo out most expect to see about 30-40%. Im at 80%! We will be watching close to make sure I dont loose too much, and shes watching to be sure this rapid loss is not effecting me or my health - so far blood looks fantastic!
Inches wise... I was wowed. Remember I still dont * see * it in the mirror so here you go:

Total Inches Lost from surgery day = 40 + Inches. 24.25 of those just since the 6w visit.
I need to continue daily to fight for my health and why I did this. This means I need to eat, drink and live well! I need to incorporate more excersize and start reshaping my body.
My skin is hanging, dying is very uncomfy and they are working with me to correct some of the issues...
Im keeping up this great fight!
